All services and items are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn without notice. A contract is formed only when we confirm your booking.

Prices, taxes and fees

Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude applicable taxes, delivery, cleaning, refuelling, toll and late-return fees. The total payable is shown before you confirm an order.

Insurance

Insurance is not included in every rate. Where a rate excludes it, you ride without cover and damage, loss or third-party claims remain your responsibility.

Use at your own risk

Riding or operating a rented item carries inherent risk. You use our services at your own risk, must hold a valid licence and follow Ukrainian traffic rules. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury or damage from misuse or events beyond our reasonable control.

Environmental claims

Environmental statements are limited to figures we can substantiate with evidence and a stated method. Where none exists, we make no claim.

Advertising and consumer rights

Advertising on this site is identified as such and is not misleading (Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996 'On Advertising'). Pre-contract information and dispute rights follow the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023 'On Consumer Protection'; you may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court.
