1. Scope and seller details
These Terms govern your use of this website and Kyiv Glide bookings. 2. Bookings and electronic contracts
Bookings are confirmed after payment and our email confirmation. Electronic contracts may be signed with a qualified electronic signature under Law of Ukraine No. 2155-VIII of 5 October 2017 "On Electronic Trust Services". Late cancellations may be charged in full.
3. Consumer rights and complaints
Your rights are set by Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023 "On Consumer Protection". Send claims to contact@setweavez.com. You may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court.
4. Personal data
We process booking and cookie data with your consent under Law of Ukraine No. 3724-IX of 23 May 2024 "On Personal Data Protection". Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
5. Communications, advertising and liability
Marketing messages require consent under Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX of 16 December 2020 "On Electronic Communications". Advertising follows Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996 "On Advertising". Site content belongs to setweavez.com and is provided "as is".
