Rules for riding our e-scooters and e-bikes in Ukraine.
Before you ride
- Observe the minimum riding age; riders under 18 need parental or guardian consent.
- Check brakes, tyres, lights and battery; never ride a defective vehicle.
- One rider per vehicle, no passengers, and never ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Helmets and riding rules
- Wear a certified, well-fitted helmet on every trip; replace it after any impact. Helmet use is mandatory under Ukrainian road-safety rules for certain ages and vehicle classes.
- Use cycle lanes or paths, or the roadway lane where permitted; ride with the traffic flow, keep 1.5 m from vehicles and respect app and local speed limits.
- Give priority to pedestrians; slow down near crossings and schools, and use lights after dark.
Prohibited behaviour
- Riding on prohibited pavements, in pedestrian-only zones or on motorways.
- Using a phone without hands-free or holding an umbrella.
- Towing, racing, trick riding or modifying the vehicle.
- Carrying passengers, exceeding the weight limit, or commercial delivery without consent.
