Riders must be 18 or older and show an original photo ID. A category AM or A1 driving licence, or an equivalent, is required for e-scooters and e-bikes alike.
Staff set your throttle profile, walk through braking, the bell and app unlock, then fit a helmet. Three adult sizes and one child size are kept on site.
Unlocking costs 30 UAH. Riding is 5 UAH per minute on an e-scooter and 6 UAH per minute on an e-bike, with a 60 UAH minimum for the first 30 minutes. Prices include VAT.

You must be 18 or older to rent a scooter or e-bike. Riders under 18 cannot start a rental, even with a parent or guardian standing beside them.
Show your passport or national ID at handover. We match the document to the reservation name before the app unlocks the vehicle.
An AM or A1 licence, or an equivalent foreign licence, is required for e-bikes. E-scooters limited to 25 km/h need no licence.
A helmet is included in every rental in three adult sizes and one child size. It is required by law for riders under 18 and strongly recommended for everyone, including short city-centre trips.
Ride in marked cycle lanes, low-speed streets and designated park paths in Kyiv, Lviv and Odesa. Motorways, tram tracks and pavements outside the city centre are off limits, and riding under the influence ends the rental immediately.
Finish the ride inside an approved parking zone shown in the app. Leaving a vehicle elsewhere is logged and charged as an improper-parking fee.
