1. What we collect and why
We process name, email, phone, stay dates, guest numbers, messages, IP address and cookie identifiers to answer enquiries and manage bookings. The lawful basis is your consent and the performance of the contract under the Law of Ukraine No. 3724-IX of 23 May 2024 'On Personal Data Protection'.
2. Cookies
Cookies and analytics run only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time in your browser settings.
3. Retention
Booking and enquiry data are kept 3 years from the last contact; accounting records for the term set by Ukrainian law, after which data is deleted or anonymised.
4. Sharing and your rights
Data may be shared with hosting, payment and booking software providers acting on our instructions; we do not sell personal data. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent, by emailing contact@setweavez.com.
