The five lines on every route card

Distance, ride time, price from, surface and legality sit in the same order on all fourteen routes in Kyiv, Lviv and Odesa, so a 4.2 km Podil loop compares directly with a 19 km coastal run.

  1. Distance

    Kilometres along the recommended riding line, rounded to one decimal, not the straight line between start and finish.

  2. Ride time

    Estimated at a steady 12 to 15 km/h with two short stops. Add 10 minutes for centre routes at peak hour.

  3. Price from

    In UAH, VAT included, at the published rate: 30 UAH unlock, then 5 UAH per minute on an e-scooter or 6 UAH per minute on an e-bike. The first 30 minutes start at 60 UAH.

  4. Surface

    Asphalt, cobblestone, park gravel or mixed. Cobblestone stretches are flagged, because they ride very differently on a 10-inch wheel.

  5. Legality

    Where riding is allowed: cycle lanes and park paths, never sidewalks. Riders are 18 or over, show original photo ID at handover and hold a category AM or A1 licence or equivalent.

Methodology: rental figures use published UAH rates including VAT: 30 UAH unlock, 5–6 UAH per minute after the first 30 minutes, 60 UAH minimum for the first 30 minutes. Taxi estimate uses 65 UAH base plus 14 UAH per km. Walking speed assumed at 5 km/h.
