Rental Agreement
Eligibility and checks
- Renters must be 18 or older.
- We verify a passport or national ID before handover.
- Motorised models require a valid driving licence.
- We may refuse a rental if documents are invalid or the renter cannot ride safely.
Riding rules and area
- A helmet is provided and must be worn; Ukrainian traffic rules apply.
- Riding under the influence or carrying extra passengers is prohibited.
- Use is limited to the operating area shown at handover; off-road, racing and commercial use need written consent.
Deposit, late fees and insurance
- A refundable damage deposit is taken at handover and shown before you confirm.
- Damage, loss or theft is charged at documented repair or replacement cost.
- Late returns are charged the hourly rate shown at booking per started hour, plus an administration fee.
- Third-party liability cover is included within policy limits but excludes prohibited use, intoxication, unauthorised riders and use outside the area; personal accident cover is not included.
Contract and personal data
Contracts may be concluded electronically with a qualified electronic signature (Law of Ukraine No. 2155-VIII of 5 October 2017 'On Electronic Trust Services'). Booking information follows Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015 'On Electronic Commerce'. We process identification and booking data to perform the contract and, where required, with consent (Law of Ukraine No. 3724-IX of 23 May 2024 'On Personal Data Protection'). Marketing is sent only with consent (Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX of 16 December 2020 'On Electronic Communications'). See our Privacy Policy.
Consumer rights and provider
Nothing here limits rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023 'On Consumer Protection'. Contact us first; if unresolved, apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or a court.
