Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, changes and refunds for rentals on setweavez.com.

1. Provider and scope

Bookings are provided by setweavez.com, PE, EDRPOU code 51953398, Business Center Toronto, 100 Velyka Vasylkivska St, Kyiv, 03150, Ukraine. Item-specific terms in the confirmation prevail.

2. Cancellations and changes by you

More than 48 hours before the start: free changes and a full refund of prepaid amounts, except non-refundable items under section 3.
48 to 24 hours before the start: 50% of the rental fee is refunded; deposits are returned.
Less than 24 hours before the start or no-show: the rental fee is not refunded; deposits are returned.

3. Refunds, fees and timelines

Approved refunds are paid to the same method used for the booking, with no refund fee, within 14 calendar days of approval. Service, delivery, cleaning, insurance and tax amounts are non-refundable unless we cancel the rental or the law requires otherwise. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

4. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023 "On Consumer Protection". You may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court.

5. Legal basis and data

Bookings are electronic contracts under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015 "On Electronic Commerce"; booking data is processed under Law of Ukraine No. 3724-IX of 23 May 2024 "On Personal Data Protection".
