Pricing and Fees Policy

1. Rental rates

Rates are shown in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) for each item and rental period before you confirm a booking. The rate shown at confirmation applies. setweavez.com is a single tax payer; VAT is not charged.

2. Taxes and fees

The booking summary price includes all mandatory charges. No tax, service or processing fee is added after confirmation. Optional extras are priced separately before you confirm.

3. Security deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required; the amount is shown before confirmation. It is returned to the same payment method within 7 business days after the item is returned in its original condition, less documented deductions.

4. Late return and damage

Late return is charged per started hour at the published hourly rate, capped at the daily rate. Damage, loss, missing parts or exceptional cleaning are charged at documented repair or replacement cost, with an itemised calculation before any deposit deduction.

5. Payment terms

Payment is taken before the booking is confirmed, using the methods shown at checkout. The rental period, cancellation terms and total payable are shown before payment. Bookings are electronic contracts under the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015 'On Electronic Commerce'.

6. Your rights and disputes

Advertising on this website is truthful and identified as advertising under the Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996 'On Advertising'. Under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023 'On Consumer Protection', you may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to court to resolve a dispute. Personal data is processed under the Law of Ukraine No. 3724-IX of 23 May 2024 'On Personal Data Protection'.
